Does Avondale Search work to find jobs for individuals?

While we are continually developing relationships with people throughout our areas of specialty, which enables to us to move quickly to contact the right people when we are engaged on a new search, we do not work to find positions for individuals.

We work for, and are engaged by, client companies who hire us.  Our clients typically need to locate a rare executive or management leader with a specific and unique set of abilities, competencies and sector experience in a set geographic area.
